Description

My kids have had a early closing at NHPS for no reason for the past days. Today it is cancelled due to hot weather, which is not hotter than the rest of the week. We do not have air conditioning at home. They DO have air conditioning at all of the schools. There are no cooling centers open, pools are closed, spray parks are closed. This is rediculous and unacceptible. We cannot work a full day of work as a result for 2 days. I grew up in Virginia and this never happened once. Dr. Burks is responcible for this very poor decision.
