Description

Scooter rider on sidewalk going too fast and not wearing a helmet almost hit me and gave me gruff when I asked him to get off the sidewalk. When are you going to enforce your laws or will you just wait until someone is injured? There are senior who live in an adult residence here -- don't let it happen to them. I don't mind scooters as long as they are on the sidewalk. Also two people on one scooter without helmets in the same spot. Do something please
