Every day of the week, there is a constant stream of drivers going the wrong-way on Robin Street from Heiner. The offenders are trying to get into the parking garage for Broadstone Skyline Apartments without circling the block. I have personally had three near-collisions in the last two weeks and the city would generate a great deal of revenue writing tickets there.
