Along east bound lanes there are several setled manhole covers that cause loud banging noises and area vibration when heavy trucks pass the Oakview Avenue area. WHOLE HOUSE SHAKES. PLEASE FIX, quality of life and safety issue. One was fixed two years ago now bad again.
