Description

When I come home from work at about 5:30 pm; I exit the ramp at Sibley and I275. I would be going south. The traffic at on the off ramp is backed up almost on to the express way. People turn right on Sibley and make a u turn so they can go left. Can we get a stop light installed at this intersection?
