Not sure if this is something you can do anything about, but the weeds and trash are overtaking the shrubbery immediately next to the UPS store and sidewalk at 310 N. Front Street. There is also a man who sleeps there amid the shrubbery on occasion. The weeds should be eradicated. It really is an eyesore.
