Opis

Fire hydrant is still attached but tilting an odd angle, and it appears that it is partly removed from the base (I believe I can see daylight beneath part of it). However, since there is no water coming out, someone may have already shut it off or it may not be damaged but rather bent. But since it has the potential to be a fire safety hazard, I am reporting it anyway.
