The run-off from the mountain a block away runs down the gutter for 2.5 lot lengths to the first drain for weeks after heavy rains. Currently been steadily running for over a month. Thick algae growing in gutter. Health issue for kids in the area. Please add a drain closer to the run-off beginning on South end of street.
