There is a parked car in front of my house (3317 Woodhaven Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154) that has been there for almost 2 months. It has not moved once. There are trashbags in the windows. I asked my neighbor at 3319 Woodhaven Rd when the car will be moved and they stated last month that the car was broken down and they were trying to find someone to tow it. Nothing has happened yet. This is an eyesore to myself and my neighbors. Please let me know if there is anything we can do about this.
