Description

there is a legal parking spot on the southbound side of 4th Ave. near the corner. when this spot is utilized, traffic is almost forced to cross the double yellow line in order to get around the parked car. Many times while traveling Northbound on 4th, an oncoming car will cross the lines (swerve) into opposing traffic. it is quite harrowing. It seems to me that if this parking spot were changed to red zone that would solve the problem.
