Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

I'm curious if you've heard an update on this property yet. The poison ivy is definitely on the sidewalk now (watch your ankles!) and the weeds in the yard are at least 18 inches tall.

An inspector investigated and initiated a public nuisance case on 4/22/2013 with deadline of 5/6/2013. He will follow-up to ensure this issue is resolved.

It's taking over the azaleas & even climbing up the tree now.
