The Code Enforcement Supervisor spoke with the property owner, who assured her that they are not renting out the RV. They only have family and friends come in occasionally for events. The property owner did explain the business and it is a legal home occupation. I think it’s important for the residents to know that apparently it isn’t against code to camp inside the city limits and it’s ok to park RVs on the street. I always thought it was against code so others are now informed as well as me.

The whole point of this app is to do it the reporting via the app.
