Description

McKenna Court in the 900 block - trash including old mattresses and an old container overflowing with trash. the building (garage) is falling down, rats have been spotted and children play along this ally!

This is the disaster on our Ally --- McKenna Court the 900 block in Scranton. VERY dangerous for kids playing back there - I've seen rats, too.
