Shoreview Park upper parking area is used by meth or heroin addicts to meet (probably deal) many mornings (I use the the park from 7:45am to 10am so that is my frame of reference and usually the later time). It's one or two cars at a time and a half dozen or more rotating cars; yes they look like "druggy" cars and the occupants might as well wear a sign around their neck - they are up to no good.

Periodic police or official parks presence would be welcome in the upper lot and would probably help to dissuade these users. I'd hate for kids, dogs, or park employees to have to start dealing with used needles and such.

Please forward to Shoreline Police and Parks as appropriate. Shoreline Police have no valid email system for reporting non-victim issues and I will not call 911 for non-emergencies - that system leaves a lot to be desired so please pass this along to SPD, or not. Thank you.
