Sharraxaadda

A couple years ago railroad tracks were removed on arch street and was replaced with a lazy amount of black top. The company that did the repair obviously had no idea what they were doing because it is now becoming a bumpy / mini sink hole and will soon start eating cars. The village should be ashamed that they have not fixed this and continually let people drive over the harsh area. Please fix this!
