this complaint should not be closed as the question has not been answered!....will driveway edge painting of 2ft encroachment now be a logical step to help "curb" this perennial issue? with all the paint being applied for bicycle lanes this would be a great time to actual DO something to help us out. Sometimes just a common yellow stripe will make even the most ignorant person think.Nothing else is working.
