Corner lot, never mowed, never cleaned, nothing but junk all over. Chain-link fence in such bad shape, dogs are chained so they can't get out but am afraid they may jump the fence and hang themselves. Nothing but weeds growing up the fence. Dogs seem to be out 24/7, bark when kids are out playing or anyone walks bye.

Grass was mowed,"half-a*@&", fence still in bad shape with weeds growing all over, trash and garbage still laying around, nothing done about dogs barking almost continually any time they see anybody.
