It doesn't have to be resurfaced, the city could just fill in and patch the holes, if they can't afford to repair the whole st at one time, or maybe they don't care about commuters, I believe the city can be sued if their dilapidated roadway causes damage to your vehicle, probably just need a police report, also robin st is just as bad
