Description
There has been a turquoise Mercury Tracer parked near 9800 Olive Street for over two months. The vin number is 3MESM10J3TR600395 and has fake plates with the numbers 25226878. It currently has two parking tickets posted on the windshield. One ticket dates back from 7/2/18 and the other on 8/6/18. No one has moved it in over two months and is blocking the street when the street sweeper come to sweep. I have called in the past about this vehicle and no action has ever been taken. Please look into this issue. Thank you. I also have more pictures, but couldn't figure out to post more than one.
