this van has been dumping garbage outside our property, we have complain many times, theyll leave for a week and come back again with more garbage, theres feces outside the van and im fraid there might be needles children play and walk down this street all the time

OR a license plate maybe on the back. They should be cited a violation. Where is this garbage coming from is the point? Especially if they are repeat offenders.
If i see it in the neighborhood I'll try and snap a photo. Not sure what next steps OPD or 311 takes for this.
