On 04/07/14 the property owner of 36 Central Ave called to check the status of this request.

The DPW repaired the sidewalk. (LS)

The DPW came and took the tree down. During this proceture they broke our driveway, took down the bus-stop sign and left it in our yard along with a gigantic hole where the tree was in. Our driveway is now much higher than the sidewalk, which will cause it to fall apart right where driveway meets sidewalk. The driveway was just redone in July of 2015 and we had it meet the sidewalk to avoid any pedestrians to trip.
Not only is our property now damaged, but the yard was left behind a mess, a dangerous for our kids and pedestrians- and they took down the bus stop and threw it into our yard.
The other tree, which also belongs to the city was partially cut a few years ago because it was touching a power line, this caused the tree to die off and has now become a danger as well.
This ticket should now be closed because they need to come and fix our yard, our driveway and the bus stop sign needs to be removed.

Matter a fact, the picture I posted 2 years ago shows the dead tree as well.
Please come out and trim it before it falls.

The other tree that is dead is private on your property. You would need to hiring a company to address this concern.

The city came in and fixed the sidewalk. During this process they let the concrete run down our new driveway. This is unacceptable. We tried to clean it and it is not coming off. Our brand new drive is now destroyed. The city should not fix thing in this way. We work very hard to be able to repave our driveway and now it is ruined.
