This intersection is confusing, and many times I see people doing the wrong thing. Because of the roundabout in the middle, people get confused, all the other roundabout in the middle intersections on Humbolt are 4 way yields. But this one is a 2 way stop and a 2 way right of way. Although the signs are clear, the circle barricade in the center makes it confusing. Please remove it from that intersection.

How about they change all of the 4 way yields to 2 way stop like at Silva, at least in the interim while waiting for funding to permanently remove the circle and add the speed tables. Since this is how the signage/traffic flow will be anyway once they complete the project. And with the economy the way it is....it could be ages till funds are available.
I think this would be safer then the no-one yields of the 4 way yield we have now, and would be consistent down the Blvd. saving in driver confusion.
