Description

Three curb cuts were installed a few months ago at the intersection at Cleveland and Capell. Since then, there has been a near-daily issue of cars parking and blocking them. They are painted red on each side of the curb cut, but several cars try to squeeze in between the red zones and block the entirety of the curb cut, and thus block handicap access to the sidewalk. There have been no noticeable attempts to enforce parking in this area regarding this issue.
