CITIZENS ARE REPORTING TRAFFIC CYCLE CHAGES AT LOCATION FOR WEST BOUND AND EASTBOUND DIRECTIONS. THEY ARE STATING THE CYCLES ARE GOING FAR TOO FAST NOW AND ONLY ALLOWING A FEW CARS THROUGH AT A TIME.

Coming northbound on Park Street At intersection of Bay Pines / Tyrone. Green light at 6:10 AM is 10 seconds.
I have actually timed it.
Pinellas County Traffic informed me should be 55 second.
