说明
Too many accidents and virtually impossible to turn left from Coldstream onto Charlestown with the heavy traffic. Also, everyone turning from Charlestown to Coldstream cuts the corner so tight that cars on Coldstream are nearly hit as they pull up to the intersection.

Actually would work. A red light might back up Charlestown, but a stop sign just forces everyone to stop briefly, which you have to do anyway during rush hour. Charlestown is backed up anyway, stop sign or not. Intersection is a mess. Someone was just killed there recently on a motorcycle. never would have happened if there was a stop sign.
