Description

This house has been boarded up for at least 5 years (illegally- city code says no more than 6 months) and also has had a caved in roof for about the same amount of time. The owner put up a blue tarp (also illegal under city code) which has been insufficient as the photograph demonstrates. We need safe neighborhoods and this does not help!
