Description

Remodel in progress at this house. New 6’ tall iron fencing and 7’ iron gates were installed at the front along the street. None previously. City zoning rules limit front fence heights to 3’ with required setbacks.
I see no online record of a zoning commission public hearing and approval of this variance. Please investigate.
