Description

This homeowner on the corner of Mt Vernon Pkwy & Idlewood refuses to maintain their lot. All the cracks in the sidewalk on the parkway frontage are choked with weeds. On both frontages weeds are knee high and when they go to seed they spread to neighboring yards.
