Opis

southbound traffic staying in it own lane trips the left turn signal for northbound traffic causing southbound traffic to stop when there are no other cars around. The pavement there is in very poor shape and I'm guessing that may have something to do with it, are there any plans to address this?

In addition, something has changed with the timing of this light. I travel Shaker Road every day in both directions and, for the past few weeks, find a red light at this intersection about 80% of the time, regardless of the time of day. It seems that traffic on Shaker should have more green than red.
