There has been a sign put up since this was originally posted (about three weeks ago). The sign reads CAUTION Children playing. Last week about 8/24/10 there was a minor bicycle car collision right at the corner of the garage. No one was hurt although the kid was thrown off the bike when it hit head-on with the front of the car. The police were called and said they would follow up later with those involved, since there were no injuries or complaints. Lucky, Lucky, Lucky, this time.
