Description

The sodium-vapor bulb in the light between 1 and 3 Grandview Avenue is failing. Sometimes it's on, but usually it's either flickering dimly or off entirely.

Nothing has changed. The streetlight remains off (at night, of course) about half the time, flickers dimly at other times and occasionally is on full.

Oh, and by the way, I now notice that when the streetlight -is- working--about 50 percent of the time--it's glowing brightly in the middle of the day. So the Village is not only paying to run a half-useless streetlight at night, it's also paying for the electricity to run the same light in the middle of the day.
