Description

Landscape--Overgrown plants and trees. If they enjoy landscaping with ornamental grasses, bushes or shrubs,they should ensure they are properly maintained on a regular basis. The house is an eyesore and a hazard. The overgrowth provides housing for raccoons, mice, and snakes. They should also consider the effect of the overgrowth on neighboring properties.
