When traveling in a southerly direction on River Street, you are not allowed to make a turn to go East onto Federal Street. This was designed initially to have travelers go into downtown. The days of downtown shopping are practically over yet the traveling up the hill is still denied. Open your eyes, this is the 21st. century.I
