Description

The entire section of the west bound main roadway between 16th St. NW. and17th St., Northwest is buckling in several areas. There are severe and deep depressions forming, pushing the asphalt higher in the middle. When cars drive over these, the asphalt scraps along the undercarriage of the car. Also, Asphalt is being pushed up against the curb line, clogging the storm drains. When it rains, the section gets flooded because the water cannot drain out.
