Description

Large tree down on 48th Street since the big storm last month. Some workers came and removed the parts on the electric wires but left everything else to rot. It's covering at least two parking spaces.

Is this tree on private property or is it between the sidewalk and curb?

This tree is all over between the sidewalk and curb and into the street (in the parking area). The sidewalk is totally blocked and pedestrians have to walk in the bike lanes. It's a dangerous corner for them to be coming out from behind cars to do that.
