Description

The construction site to the south of Citizen Perimeter constantly makes noise during after hours. There has been trucks coming and making loud pumping sound at around 6am every morning from Monday to Saturday since 6/25/2018. This after hour construction noise really affect the rest of nearby residents. Thanks.
