Problem has not been resolved. I have lived here over 20 years tolerating street flooding conditions. Three years ago city officials stated the problem was going to be corrected in a couple of years, years that have come and gone. All of my children attended middle school and high school from here jumping streams half as wide as the street to board the bus. Yet taxes go up each year just to beautify a dying center city (Landis Ave).

I reported street flooding thirteen years ago. To date it has not been corrected by the city of Vineland. What's the reason for the delay? Actually at this point & time there is not a good enough reason only that the city is negligent and uncaring to this problem and the tax paying residents.
