Homeowner treats the street as his personal junkyard. What can we do about this?!?!

DITTO! This individual has been this way for years. An absolute eyesore! The city should use all the power they have in order to clean this up.

Any updates?

This owner has 10 vehicles parked on the street and in his driveway. The trucks are large and obscure the view turning from Gladehollow onto Hillrise. There have been several ‘near misses’ between cars entering/leaving the cul de sac and with pedestrians attempting to cross Gladehollow Ct. This neighbor has been approached for years and just continues to add to his truck collection. When will it end? If there is no law in place, what is stopping him from having 20 or 30 trucks parked on this small cul de sac? It’s a hazard and he is lowering the property value of any home within sight of this eyesore. The entire neighborhood is fed up. What can be done? And has there been any progress on this issue?

This homeowner has 9 or 10 cars parked in his driveway and on the street at all times. He has been doing this for years and cycles his dilapidated trucks/cars every few weeks to avoid fines. He is not only treating the neighborhood and Gladehollow Ct. specifically like a junkyard but he is lowering our home values on this street. Every single real estate agent that views our home asks about "what's going on with all the junky trucks at the bottom of the street?" Neighbors have politely asked this home owner to please sell or store his vehicles elsewhere but he refuses. 9 cars associated with one address in a residential neighborhood is ridiculous. We as a neighborhood are at our wits end with this individual - please, PLEASE do something. This must be resolved. That you.

Concerned Citizens: contact the Lost Hills Sheriff Station and advise them of the problem as well. Clearly, the City can't get it's act together on this issue, along with many others!!
