Do people really need to know why pedestrians keep getting run over on Central Avenue? Really? All you have to do is bring a stopwatch. The delay between pressing the pedestrian button to cross Central Avenue is a whopping *two minutes'* time, an intolerably long delay. It is plainly obvious that the roadway rehab places the needs and safety of traffic above all else; pedestrians and cyclists are unimportant and do not deserve equal protection or consideration.
