Description

The homeless camp at this location is out of control. The amount of trash and rats are unacceptable. Theft and crime have increased dramatically in the past 2 years. Countless package thefts where I live nearby. Countless smashed car windows and now stolen license plates at the Fruitvale Bart parking lot.
