Description

The resident at this address cuts the front lawn (poorly) but only cuts paths to the trampoline and swing set in the back yard. The backyard has not been cut once this year (except paths) resulting in the weeds growing over 6 feet tall. This resident currently has 5 dogs and based on the fact that the grass is never cut neighbors are left to assume (based on the smell) that dog feces are not being removed. Neighbors have spoken to resident several times asking for lawn to be maintained but owner has made very little effort over past two years.

Resident moved into home November 2016 and has had an inoperative vehicle parked in front of home on road since. Neighbors have asked the owner of property to move/tow vehicle either into the driveway or garage but resident will not do so.
