Description
At 1144 Corrie Lane is a group of people or family that is very, very loud when they talk to each other, both indoors and outdoors. At times, other neighbors nearby can be heard complaining, asking them to quiet down. This family/group is Asian and again, talks at a level which is very, very loud. Practically everything they say to each other is shouted throughout the house, and when they are smoking on their back patio, they can be heard from half-a-block away just talking with each other or on the phone. Plus, they are up all hours of the night, probably with business overseas, and they shout into the phone. Is there anything in the nuisance code that can address this? Yelling on a public street with intent to disturb is a nuisance, but how about just loud people?
