The traffic light leaving the mall at the roundout savings bank.When leaving the mall to go right on ulster avennue traffic is blocked as people go into the right lane to go 209 onto the rhinecliff bridge ,as the light turns red to leave ,no one can get out as cars block this area to get out,then light turns red and we sit again.The traffic in the right lane to go into the area right up to wallmart or onto 209.
Isat through 3 red lights before anyone could get out....

ah go another way" so backward for the area and continuing down

the dot needs to change the lights and people need to stop and NOT BLOCK THE THE EXITS

The D.O.T. NEEDS TO GET HERE and adjust the lights and put a huge stop sign up by the entrances ,people just keep blocking
