City repaired this pothole next to a storm water grate after 3 months of living with the noise of the temperary medal plate. And now it makes a very loud clack-ckack noise every time a car or bus goes over it. my bedroom windows are look out over this grate. It keeps me awake at night. I think the grate is not flat and could be turned over. Please, Please help me with this!!!!
