Description

Tree directly in front of 57 Second St AND tree immediately across from this are both dead. Please remove. So there are a total of FOUR dead (ornamental plum) trees on this single block of Second St (between Hallock AVE and Howard Ave.). These were planted in early 1980s and reached the end of 'average' life span for this particular variety.
