FWIW, that fellow is one of the sweetest, gentlest and nicest people in the neighborhood that I have encountered. I suspect he has some mental health troubles, but, compared to the sometimes aggressive drunk/meth addled homeless along PP and Fulton, this fellow is a pussycat. I hope any response would be compassionate.
