We've suffering from the late-night loud music/radio playing, people drinking, talking and yelling out loud on their outdoor deck at 100 Great Neck Road Apt 1D for couple months.
We've contacted the management of Plaza 100 Condominium several times, but it seems that they could not work out a solution with the owner(s) of the unit.
The enforcement code states that no radio/music operation during 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. However, people live in unit 1D would spend the night (usually from 8 pm to midnight around 3am) playing music, drinking, and talking out loud on a daily basis.

The Town of North Hempstead has reviewed your complaint. You may contact the local police department during the disturbance to enforce a noise complaint or you may contact the Health Department at 516-227-9697 to report a quality of life complaint.
