Description

This same car has been parking in this red zone next to the fire hydrant for months now during the week day at night and weekend during the day. Have not seen parking enforcement deal with this vehicle yet. This is a hazard during an emergency. Location 150 17th street at corner of 17th and Madison by the fire hydrant.
