Description

A commercial truck with company name on the vehicle ("Top of the Line" window washing), parked at a clearly marked Handicapped meter and refused to leave. I showed him my DC Handicap hanger to help explain that he cannot use this spot, and he still refused to move. Not until I took a photo of the company vehicle clearly showing the handicap meter did the driver make a call to someone and moved shortly there after.
