This water meter has been sinking in the sidewalk here on Alice Street for years and is a perfect place for the initiation of a trip and fall lawsuit against the City since it has been officially reported several times. How about fixing it now before the city has to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to an injured party? Seems like the right thing to do.
